2002 Cadence-Bordeaux Blend
An intense ruby color, this elegant blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot brings together the ripe fruit concentration and spice notes from the Merlot and the bold structure and integrated oak of the Cabernet. Fresh, medium-bodied and well balanced, it benefits from decanting before drinking.
2002 Cabernet Sauvignon
A deep, bright red wine with note of licorice, red berries and a touch of smoke on the nose. Fresh and powerful, this wine has intense current and cherry flavors and is balanced by well-integrated tannins and a lingering finish.
2002 Merlot
A brilliant ruby with purple hues, red and sweet peppers dominate the nose with notes of ripe berries and spice. On the palate the wine is soft and well rounded with concentrated fruit, and a rich, long lasting finish with touches of spice and earthiness.
2003 Chardonnay
A pale golden yellow with citrus and light spice aromas, the wine has a soft and creamy mouthfeel. Flavors of golden apple, pear and honey flow across the palate. Lingering finish with balanced acidity.
